Amendor helps developers take change requests from the people they build for. Here is what it stores and who it goes to. No jargon.

What we collect

• Developers. When you sign in with GitHub, we store your GitHub username, name, email, and avatar, and a token to open pull requests on the repositories you connect.
• Requesters. If a project requires sign-in, we store the name and email Google gives us. If a project allows anyone, we store only what they type.
• Change requests. The text someone writes, the page URL, the element they pointed at, and any screenshots or images they attach.

Why we collect it

To run the product: show requests on your board, let your agent build them, send previews, and let requesters approve. That's the only use.

Who it's shared with

Only the services that make Amendor work: GitHub (sign-in and pull requests), Google (requester sign-in), Resend (preview emails), and the hosting and database provider that runs Amendor. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Requests and account data live in a Postgres database; screenshots are stored as files. We keep them while your project is active and delete them on request.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. If site analytics are enabled, they are privacy-first and do not use tracking cookies.
